What does meaningful collaboration between universities, schools, and communities actually look like in practice—and why is it so hard to achieve?
Join us for a guest lecture by doc. PhDr. Lenka Krejčová, Ph.D., an educational psychologist specializing in cognitive science, assessment, and inclusive education.
Lenka Krejčová, Ph.D. is a Czech educational psychologist and former Associate Professor at Charles University. She is co-founder of the Poznávání Laboratory School and director of DYS-centrum Prague, where she focuses on assessment, counseling, and support for learners with diverse needs.
Dr. Krejčová will introduce the concept of laboratory schools—innovative environments where research, teacher education, and classroom practice intersect, enabling the direct application of cognitive science in real educational settings.
The lecture will explore how these “living laboratories” support collaboration between universities and schools, contribute to the professional development of students and future educators, and bring research into everyday teaching practice.
The session will also highlight AAU’s developing partnership with the , creating new opportunities for student internships, research collaboration, and academic exchange—especially for students in the Psychology program.
